Kia Ora, If you are reading this page and wondering what the heck this is all about please bear with me while these pages are under construction and/or awaiting updates. New pages will be added from time to time.

This website was first developed 10 years ago in the hope of locating whanau of the descendants of Hohepa Tau Rangimakere (Rakimakere) Edwards & Ani Tamati's tamariki. This has been successful but we are still trying to locate more and keep ongoing contact with them. It was also been used in preparation for the reunion that was held in Easter of 2006. Another one was held from 28 Dec 2007 - 4 Jan 2008. For whanau who have been found, this site is being used to be kept informed of who we are and updates as they happen. It first went on line in April 200.

Today 10 years later (Jan 2016) we have expanded to meeting the descendants of Eruera Rakimakere & Kehaia Tuahuru. I had a dream 10 years ago we would all get back to Koukourarate (Port Levy) for one big reunion. Well I believe we just may get that to eventuate. Not quite sure when but keep an eye out for further news.
